WICK END was built onto the farmhouse...
as a dairy maybe a century ago. It is separated from the main house by a wall three foot thick in parts. That's privacy!
The living area and kitchen are downstairs. Upstairs a double bedroom and vanitory unit, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and toilet.

self catering, accommodationor, if you are extremely good friends four. Far Applethwaite is a most unusual and attractive split level cottage.
The upstairs living area has an open fire. The dining area is separated by oak topped shelves. A short flight of stairs leads down to the bedroom where there is a ziplink bed (double or single) and there is a double day bed upstairs if needed. The bathroom has..a bath and toilet.
