Facilities
and Services
• There is parking space within easy reach of
each house.

Laundry
facilities - automatic washer, tumble dryer, iron - are available for
your use.
•
A
cot and high chair may be borrowed.
•
Well-behaved
dogs are welcome on leads in the complex and must not be left
in cottages unattended, and please remember, that this is sheep country.

When comparing with other accommodation please note that prices include:
Where applicable VAT; cost of basic heating & energy; supply of
linen, towels etc.
Coal, for those with open fires, will be charged at cost.
Furniture

Each house..
Is centrally heated
Is attractively and completely
furnished with the emphasis on simplicity and comfort.
Has a television.
Has a well-planned kitchen with
full size gas cooker, refrigerator, and plenty of crockery, cutlery,
pans, casseroles and kitchen utensils.
Has plenty of fitted storage space
in kitchen and bedrooms.
Has a bathroom with bath and/or
shower and shaver points.
Is ready for your arrival with
beds made up (cotton sheets) and towels provided.
Has a private entrance.
Has a microwave oven.
Terms and Conditions

All charges are based on prices at time of printing.
We try not to make any increases but if we have to do so they will reflect
only rises in the cost of living.
•
In the event of cancellation we do our best to re-let.
As members of the Self
Catering Association we can now offer our guests insurance against
this eventuality. As you will see we are able
to claim the full rental (less allowance for service not received) should
we be unable to re-let, so we do suggest you avail yourself of this
service.

Please send one-third of the cottage rental as deposit when booking
•
Please make cheques payable to The Falls
•
Your house will be ready for you from 4.p.m on the day
of your arrival and we should be grateful if you would vacate it by
10.a.m. on the day of departure to enable us to clean, make up beds
and restock for the new arrivals
